Cancelling your order
You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched. To cancel, contact us as early as possible at themmmobiles@gmail.com or +91 6381445976 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM) with your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You can still use our Refund and Return Policy after delivery.
Refund for cancelled orders
If you paid online and cancel before dispatch, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking), usually within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order in cases such as stock unavailability, a pricing or listing error, an unserviceable pincode, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
