Where we ship

We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India.

Order processing and dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of courier issues, weather, strikes, festivals, or other events outside our control.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for an additional charge of ₹100 per order. It is shown at checkout.

Courier partners and tracking

We ship through courier partners arranged via Shiprocket. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Please check your parcel on delivery

If the parcel looks damaged or tampered with, record an unboxing video as described in our Refund and Return Policy and contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Incorrect address or undelivered parcels

Please make sure your address, pincode, and phone number are correct. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, or repeated refusal, it is returned to us. We will contact you, and re-shipping charges may apply.
