2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use this website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Our products

We sell smartphone accessories. Our products are brand new and genuine, unless a product is clearly labelled "Open Box" on its product page.
Some accessories are unbranded or generic, or made by third-party brands. They are not made or endorsed by your phone's manufacturer, and this is stated where relevant.
Product images are for illustration, and colours or packaging may differ slightly.
Please check compatibility with your device before ordering. Compatibility with your specific model is your responsibility unless we have stated it on the product page.

4. Prices and GST

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST. A tax invoice is provided with every order. Customers who need GST input credit for business purchases can share their GSTIN with us at the time of ordering or by contacting support. Shipping charges and any Cash on Delivery charge are shown separately at checkout.

We try to keep prices and product information accurate. If a price or listing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund any amount you have paid in full.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as stock unavailability, a pricing error, an unserviceable pincode, or suspected fraud.
We accept online payments (UPI, cards, net banking) through Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery for an additional charge of ₹100.

6. Shipping, cancellation, returns, and warranty

These are governed by our Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, Refund and Return Policy, and Warranty Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Using this website

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting unauthorised access, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on this site, including text, logos, and images, belongs to us or is used with permission, and you may not copy or reuse it without our written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Grievances

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this website.
